Karcin Automotive, LLC (“Karcin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent automotive brokerage and concierge service located at 163 E. Main Street, Suite #297, Little Falls, NJ 07424. We collect information you provide directly and information about how you use our site:

• Contact & inquiry details — name, email, phone number, and the vehicle, budget, timeline, trade-in, and credit-range information you share through our forms, chat, calls, or texts.
• Communication preferences & consent — the channels (call, text, email) you have agreed to and a record of that consent.
• Usage & device data — basic analytics such as pages visited and general location, collected to operate and improve the site.

• To respond to your inquiry and assist with your vehicle search.
• To coordinate lease, finance, purchase, sourcing, or trade-in options with licensed dealership and lender partners on your behalf.
• To send you service-related and, where you have consented, promotional communications about your search and relevant offers.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

When you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, texting us first, or asking us to text you — you agree to receive text messages from Karcin Automotive, LLC related to your vehicle search and account, and (where separately indicated) promotional messages such as lease offers and reminders.
